How long does it take to ship my order?

Many of our pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 12–15 business days for production before dispatch. During peak periods, processing times may be extended. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer worldwide shipping. Complimentary international shipping is available on orders over $350 USD. For orders under $350, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Will I be charged duties or taxes on international orders?

No — all product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties. We ship orders with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning you won’t be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The total you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.

Can I return or exchange my order if I change my mind?

Due to the made-to-order and delicate nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each item is carefully described and photographed to reflect its details and finish. If you’re unsure whether a piece is right for your gown or styling, we encourage you to reach out with any questions—we’re happy to help.

Can I return a custom piece?
Due to the bespoke nature of custom orders, all custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Each piece is quality checked before shipping, but in the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us at customercare@celestebleu.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the item is deemed faulty, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement. Please note, damage caused by wear or mishandling is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

Because many items are made to order and begin production shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please email customercare@celestebleu.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.

Do you offer custom or bespoke pieces?

Yes. We offer bespoke guest gifts—such as custom-crafted jewelry—in silver or gold. These are designed in collaboration and created especially for your celebration. To inquire, please email us at customercare@celestebleu.com
